Safety and professionalism

1) Covid-19 safety:

  • Our airlines have special hygiene concepts within the Covid-19 safety, which includes regular and intensive cleaning as well as complete disinfection.
  • You have no other, unfamiliar passengers, which further minimizes any risk.
  • You fly from a separate terminal, so you won’t have any queues or contact with other passengers.
  • Emergency rapid testing can be offered, please inquire if desired.

2) Flight safety

  • We only work with approved airlines that hold a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) with all necessary operating licenses and insurance. The respective national aviation authority issues these certificates to aircraft operators offering commercial flights. This requires the operator to have personnel, assets and systems in place to ensure the safety of its employees and the public.
  • Our aircrafts are flown by experienced pilots.
  • Security checks are also required in the jet charter area, please observe the current security regulations for dangerous objects.

The booking and travel process saves you time and hassle, so you can focus on what’s important.

1) Booking process

  • Give us your preferred times and route. Normally you will receive suitable offers within 24 hours, from which you can choose the most suitable offer depending on your priority.
  • We are also available on weekends and public holidays.
  • After conclusion of the contract and payment, the departure is even possible on the same day. Of course this depends on your route, the times and therefore the availabilities.

2) Travel times

  • You determine your travel time in your favor. Depending on the airport, late or early openings are negotiable, and some airports are even open 24/7. With our experience as well as our network we will find the optimal solution for you.
  • You will board at the GAT (General Aviation Terminal), where you will be met by the pilot and taken directly to the aircraft, so there will be no long boarding or security check times.
  • Depending on the size of the airport and the position of the jet, we recommend arriving about 20-30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Let us advise you how long you need from the entrance door to the exit door at the respective airports.

3) Itinerary

  • Our airlines can land at small airports, which are often closer to your final destination than the major airports. Together we will create your optimal route so that you can save precious time.
